I have a dress very similar to this - less floaty, more jersey - and this exact tee-shirt. This is how I plan to wear it tomorrow, although I am not antiquing, more travelling long distances by train in order to visit my parents for a few hours before trawling all the way back here for work the following morning (at 5.30am, bleurgh!) I love the poppy yellows against the blues and greys, it brings a sense of summer to the ensemble, doncha think?

I've managed to get the flu and in between my miserable sneezing fits, I have made this set, which holds within it everything I could hope for on a warm Spring day (as opposed to the cold, grey drizzle occurring at the moment!) This awesome floral dress, in its turn-about colour scheme of greens and blues instead of pinks and reds would look amazing layered up with a cream petticoat. Paired with these pretty but practical blush wedges and some statement gold pyramid earrings and deco bangle, the whole outfit pops perfectly for any event. Add the structured zingy jacket and contrasting belt to up the ante for work. Simple make-up with complementing tones and a generally healthy look would let this outfit stand out without overwhelming you. Love it!
